You type the process as structured text in the process notepad, one step at a time, and Instant Process renders the matching diagram as you type. There is no separate modeling step, so the diagram is always an exact reflection of what was just written down.
Most existing process tools are focused on drag and drop systems, where you place and connect shapes by hand. Instant Process generates the diagram from written text instead, which is what lets it keep pace with a live conversation.
