Why we built Instant Process
We discovered that mapping a business process can be a lot faster. Notes get rebuilt into diagrams long after the meeting, and mistakes surface too late, causing unnecessary rework. We set out to fix that.

Where we are
Instant Process is built by a complementary team of two experienced software engineers, including AI expertise, and a business developer with a sales background whose work as a process analyst sparked the idea. The product is already functional and running pilots with early users.
